'Extreme Dinosaurs' is written and illustrated by Luis Rey. This picture book makes readers come to the realization of just how long the dinosaurs' domination lasted. Their have been so many dinosaurs that roamed the earth that we only focus on a few instances of those times. This book talks about other dinosaurs unknown to most, who have had crazy features that helped them survive or obtain mates, or protect their eggs. The art matches the extreme features these creatures had as well, with show more vibrant colors all over the illustration. A good number of the stories actually have evidence behind them that Rey used for their telling. show less
