She became the first female member of Gay Sweatshop theater company in 1976. She later worked as an erotic photo editor, prominent political photographer, and animal welfare non-profit founder.

To me, this is a classic queer girl book. There are photographs of a wide variety of queer women doing all kinds of things. There are solo portraits, political statements, proclaimations of desire, and everything in between. Any dyke would be happy to own this.
