Julia Balzer Riley, RN, MN, AHN-BC, REACE, in private practice as a consultant and professional speaker for over 30 years, is President of Constant Source Seminars, adjunct faculty in nursing at the University of Tampa, and faculty at Ringling College of Art and Design.
