Donald Sinden was a prominent British stage and screen actor and one of the best theatrical raconteurs of his time. This second volume of his memoirs is interesting as a study of his life and career, but even more so as a compendium of great stories of the theatre. For anyone who loves the theatre, this is a highly enjoyable book.
