This book had serious potential to be more. However, the substance of the story about The secrecy of St Jude/ritual and how it tied to the family was left out there adrift in the book. I wanted more details. I wanted more of why Isa and Flynn had such animosity. Then when it fast forwards to the present I still didn't understand the behavior. They both acted immature in so many ways. I didn't see their growth.
The smexy times were hot though. I wanted so much more from this book show more because it really did have promise. Maybe the next book can answer some questions about how it all connects. show less
