Companies We Keep: Employee Ownership and the Business of Community and Place, 2nd Edition by John Abrams
A bit surface level, but covers a subject where there isn't a ton of books being written so that forgives a lot. A bit too much quoting from other works without integrating the quotes with related analysis. Rather it comes across as "see, I'm not the only one with this opinion" which isn't something I ever doubted. Enjoyed the appendix on meeting facilitation.
