This was a book that I randomly chose of a shelf at the library knowing nothing about it. I just thought it might be interesting to learn about cults. This book is definitely written for a pretty young to a teenage audience, though I think teenagers would feel talked down to reading this book. The language isn't that complex, the book is fairly short, and the font is pretty big. This book was published in 1995, over 20 years ago and you can tell it's a bit outdated. Some science and show more phycological ideas about some of these things have changed and some things have updated names or descriptions. This is a good book for people who are vaguely interested in cults like me because this was interesting and informative but it's definitely just an overview. Not a very hard book to read but still interesting. show less
