The next book, on the other hand, is A Miracle of Science (Vol. 1) - which does not have an Amazon box, I should point out, because it's published print-on-demand through Lulu.com. It's the book of the A Miracle of Science webcomic, which the authors describe thus:
"In the year 2148, the biggest threat to interplanetary civilization is a plague of mad scientists. The Vorstellen Police were formed to track down and neutralize these threats to society using whatever technology they can bring to show more bear."
"A Miracle of Science is a romantic comedy revolving around an unlikely pair of police officers and an even more unlikely criminal, set in this world of Science Gone Mad."
If that sounds at all to your taste - and believe me, it delivers all of it - then I cannot recommend strongly enough reading the webcomic on-line, and if your aforementioned taste is anything like mine, you'll see exactly why I just had to own it in graphic novel format, both this part and volume two when that's released. Great setting, good worldbuilding, interesting characters, intriguing plot, insert superlative here.
