Another fun ride in the zombie apocalypse. I didn't think I would care much for the diary style of writing, or the use of nicknames for all the characters, but it's made for a good story.

I thought this book slowed down a bit in the middle, or at least my interest waned. But I was back in full tilt by the end and disappointed to find myself at the end of the book. I'm enjoying the various mutants that are arising.

This book did have an editing issue. Too often, two or three words are joined show more together, with one word in the bunch being in italics. Not a big deal, but distracting, and a little annoying after a few dozen instances.

But definitely awaiting the next book in the series.

This book continued the editing issue from the previous book. Too often, two or three words are joined together, with one word in the bunch being in italics. Not a big deal, but distracting, and a little annoying after a few dozen instances.

This is my least favorite book of the series so far, but I'm show more definitely still awaiting the next book in the series. show less
A solid zombie apocalypse survival story, written in journal format by the main character. At first, the use of nicknames for all the characters was a bit strange, but I found that I really liked it after a while. It sure made it easier to keep track of the characters.

I'm definitely headed to the next book in the series.
Another fun ride in the zombie apocalypse. The books don't have a lot of character development, but the action is good and I'm finding them to be a very enjoyable read. I didn't think I would care much for the diary style of writing, or the use of nicknames for all the characters, but it's made for a good story.

However, there were a few hints in this book of forthcoming plot lines that I'm not sure I like. Only time will tell.

But definitely awaiting the next book in the series.
