Diane Roupe

Diane Roupe has won numerous ribbons for her canning entries at the Iowa State Fair, where she now serves as a primary and respected canning judge. Her book, The Blue Ribbon Country Cookbook, is an esteemed guide to Midwestern American cooking. A graduate of Northwestern University, she has taught show more at New York University in the Food and Hotel Management program. She lives in West Des Moines, Iowa. show less
