In Advent, a turbulent stranger with hurricane-like powers named Tempest takes hostages on an oil rig. Titan steps in to battle him as one of the five members of the Hand of the Morningstar, a group of super-heroes serving a show more mysterious leader. The mission of this group is to not only save man from himself, but to show the power and the majesty of the Morningstar in the process. Who is the Morningstar? Readers begin to discover the answer when Titan prays to the Morningstar to calm the raging tempest and his prayer is answered.
