A Garden Makes a House a Home by Elvin McDonald
More of a picture book, a book of dreams, than anything to read, or actually to learn from in any practical sense. Still, for me, there is more than enough inspiration here.

Beautiful photos of gardens to lust after, but not particularly useful in a practical sense for the average gardener who doesn't have a multi-acre estate.

This is still one of the best reference books out there for plant identification and for basic plant care and propagation.
