A girl is followed by something evil.
My wife described it as the best scary movie she's ever seen. I don't know about that - I love Alien too much. But it is an amazingly good movie. It has the nightmare-you-can't-look-away-from atmosphere of The Shining, but with a clearer focus, and a really cool monster.
