Short biography
Anne-Marie Albiach lived in Neuilly-sur-Seine, on the outskirts of Paris, for many years. Her major poetry collections included Etat (1971), Mezza voce (1984), Anawratha (1984), Figure vocative (1985), and Figurations de l'image (2004). She edited the magazine Siècle à mains with Claude Royet-Journoud and Michel Courturier. Many essays on her work have been written in the USA by Keith Waldrop, Paul Auster, and others.
