(read 19 Feb 1993) The author is an Australian Presentation sister and the book is on the life of Nano Nagle, founder of the Presentation Sisters, who was born in 1723 in Ireland and died in Ireland 20 April 1784. This book is not a real biography, but the story it tells is a moving one and one must be inspired by the woman's determination: she certainly had little success in her lifetime. There were four sisters show more in her group when she died but: 'the grain of wheat had fallen, the harvest would give food to millions.' An inspiring book. show less
