This book is very concise, declarative and descriptive. Nice explanations, examples, and excercises. It mostly just requires you to spend quite some time to get through all of it, but it is time well spent.
A little too pricey, though.
The book is a learn by doing. Gives follow along demos in the chapter and plenty of exercises at the end of chapter to make sure that the lesson was understood.
