It's a very weird book and the theory behind it is pseudoscience, but its quirky association of body type with animal totems and its strange mix of whimsy and truculence is amusing. I could see it being fairly useful for a writer trying to settle on a physical description of a male character or as a literary device for matching a character's physique with his personality. Unfortunately, there is no female equivalent--one was in the works, but got the kibosh.
