
John Fay Bisner Ureña, I was born on April 26, 1969 at 3 P.M., at the Escalante Pradilla Hospital in San Isidro de El General, Pérez Zeledón, San José, Costa Rica. I started my primary studies at the La Asunción School, and secondary studies at the Liceo Unesco School. Son of Luzdei Ureña Picado (Costa Rican) and Edward Alan Bisner Jersey (North American). I settled in the United States at the end of 1985, where I grew up. I cultivated and graduated myself from the CHUBB Institute with honors, as an Engineer in Cybersecurity Systems Administration. Lover of the environment especially by the guild of the cultivation and conservation of orchids, on my return to Costa Rica in 2010, I joined the Association of Orchidologist of Pérez Zeledón. In my youth I belonged to the ASCONA group, which is dedicated to the conservation of nature where I held the position of secretary and treasurer. In my maturity, I held important positions in International Corporations such as the COMPASS Group of U.K., FLIK International, HONEYWELL International, OVERLOOK HOSPITAL and INTEL. I founded BISNER CONSULTING SERVICES in the state of New Jersey, where I excelled as a technical analyst and business consultant. Writer of multiple articles for the famous magazine Ballena Tales and the prestigious online newspaper Ticovisión Internacional. Director of the North American Academy of International Literature based in Costa Rica. Founder of Editorial Bisner & Zúñiga Asesorías & Servicios.
