Description:: Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institution is an educational charity based in Queen Square, Bath. BRLSI has two main activities: a programme of talks, discussions and exhibitions on science, the arts and current affairs; and the maintenance and exhibition of an extensive collection of books, fossils and artifacts.

All BRLSI talks are open to the public, as are most of the exhibitions. Exhibitions are normally free, and you can hear a world-class scientist or author talk about their subject for £4 (£2 for members, standard rate annual membership is £25; £2 for students on production of an NUS card).

BRLSI's Library collection contains over 10,000 volumes. You can browse the library catalogue, search by keyword and see details of individual volumes.

Rooms in the BRLSI building can also be hired by outside groups to hold their own meetings.
