The back flap got it right, imo.  The illustrator, Anderson, deserves top billing.  The poems are fine, but too simple for me, and probably too harmless to resonate with young readers.  But the pix are entirely captivating.  Apparently this is a companion to an earlier book about Anna... I will look for that at my library, and for others with art by Lena Anderson.
