Tremor is a well-executed thriller in the spirit of Clive Cussler's Dirk Pitt books, and in fact the author Dirgo has collaborabed with Cussler on other novels. I enjoyed this book very much. The premise is interesting -- a terrorist has gained access to a revolutionary technique developed by Nikola Tesla for wireless transmission of electricity through the earth. The characters are well drawn, and their admirable qualities are balanced with enough quirks and foibles to make them likeable and believable.
