I got this on a lark from the library. Excellent artwork and a wonderful story without words. I love "reading" this to my daughter. Check it out.

Chicken and Cat is such a cute book. It is a picture book without any words. It is a graphic novel for children. It shows the cartoon friendship between a cat and a chicken, two very different individuals who still find ways of enjoying each others company. The ending will make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

No words, which means that the parent has to be somewhat creative while "reading" this book to their children. Wonderful illustrations fill this familiar tale (see The Country Mouse and the City Mouse.)

Wordless book, could do a slow very interactive read, or write your own story theme. Chicken and cat wander around NYC, Cat misses green things so they plant a garden.
