Mona has always blended in and is ready to really experience life in order to win over her "true love". In order to do this she sets out to reinvent herself and ends up finding out more about herself than she could have ever imagined. The book takes a more humorous tone to the self discovery, which I'm not much of a fan of, but the book has great characters and a slightly deeper than I would have expected storyline.

This was okay. Middle of the road for me. Things that I believe were supposed to be funny were actually corny and I thought Mona was annoying about 75% of the book. It was awkward at times but it was a fun read. Sometimes I like corny lol!

It was hard to root for the main character. She was just not likable. The author completely lost me toward the end of the book. It felt like it was rushed and totally unbelievable
