Some good, some meh. All are cracking Nivenesque ideas.
I was addicted to Niven's style and this like all his books in the "Known Universe" series were excellent
Writing the ultra-short story is a special skill, especially with science fiction, where the author must include information about the surroundings and characters that is assumed in regular fiction.

This book contains short and ultra-short science fiction by Larry Niven. Tales from the Draco Tavern and its interstellar clientele; "The Meddler," about a private investigator named Bruce; "Convergent Series," a clever story about what to do when you've conjured up a demon who's going to drag you to Hell. Larry Niven received his B.A. in mathematics in 1962. His first novel, World of Ptavvs (1966), was a success and launched his career. Niven has won five Hugos and one Nebula award, testimony that his colleagues in the science fiction world respect his work.
