Re-released in a second edition with new content.Three lost souls
Growing up in the eclectic, small town of Bliss was wonderful for Callie Sheppard. She loved everything about it, except for the lack of potential romantic partners. She only went wild once in her life, sharing a perfect weekend in Dallas with two incredible men she never thought she would see again. When they parted, she was left with a hole in her heart she feared would never be filled.
One romantic weekend
DEA agents show more Nathan Wright and Zane Hollister were thrilled when Callie agreed to spend the weekend with them. Just days away from a long, undercover assignment, they considered this passionate affair to be an ideal way to spend their last days of freedom. They never expected to fall in love. Leaving her behind was the hardest decision of their lives.
An unexpected reunion
Six years later, Callie is preparing to break in a new sheriff after Rye Harper walked out on the job. Her heart skips a few beats when the man walking through the door is none other than Nate Wright. Nate and Zane have come to Bliss, but their time undercover has left them broken and scarred. The boys are determined to win back Callie's heart. But when the criminals they took down come seeking revenge, Nate and Zane may have to save the strange little town of Bliss before they can reclaim the woman they love.

I am removing a whole star from the book because I wanted to see Callie bloom and more of the person the others were describing she was. I don't feel like she got the kind of attention she should have and instead got the wrong one. She felt more like a secondary character than a heroine. And that was the worst part of the book. I was happy to see that for once the lady didn't begin a relationship with one of the two men and after a while, the second one entered the picture. All the other re-released books so far had that thing going on and I was glad it didn't happen in this novel too. I wonder what will happen in the next book since it's going to be only about two people. I will have to wait and see.
Nate was not my favorite person and show more I actually didn't like him much. I could not understand what was going on in his head and I didn't like his actions. He won me over a bit with the whole condom and alien device speak as well as the rubber duck, but I still didn't like him. It was one of the funniest speeches I read in a while. The whole book was more humorous than the other Sophie Oak books I have read and it was a nice change from the usual stuff. That certainly won me over and gave some points to the book. Well, that and the zero drama when it came to establishing the triad. Zane is perfect and the best part of the book. I want one for myself. show less

Part second chance, part steamy menage, part romantic suspense, Two to Love totally surprised me in the best way! I really liked Callie-she was tough when necessary but still sweet and kind. And I actually felt like the bond between the 3 of them was believable. Sometimes in menage books, that bond don't happen. I also really enjoyed the added danger in the story! Overall, this was a great read!

I want to find a town like Bliss, Colorado. I think I might be in heaven if I lived there. Callie Sheppard is another interesting character from this wonderful small town. She is the one the helps everyone else and takes little or nothing for herself. She has weekend with two gorgeous hunks that are DEA agents and falls for both men. The men have to leave for an undercover mission and are gone for six years. When these three some back together there are lots of firework and a nasty motorcycle gang that is determined to kill all three. As usual there is lots of humor and some crying and places you wish you could jump in and help the people of Bliss overcome another bad guy or in this case bad guys. I will continue to look show more for more books from this author.

This is the second book in the Nights in Bliss, Colorado series and it is Callie Shepherd’s story. This story starts six years in the past when Callie is twenty-five years old and has decided that she wants to be rid of her virginity. Stefan Talbot takes her to Dallas to Julian Lodge’s club and arranges for two friends to grant Callie’s fantasy of a menage. We then jump forward six years and Callie comes face to face with her past and she must decide if she is ready for the two gorgeous men that stole her heart in Dallas.
Nathan Wright and Zach Hollister have been through hell and have come to Bliss to recover and move on with their lives. Both are riddled with guilt about an operation with the DEA that went bad. They never expect to find the woman they left behind and a future they thought they could never have.
Nathan “Nate” was raised by ambitious parents that hounded him to be upwardly mobile. He has always strived for the next promotion and the next bust. He wants the money, perfect wife and children and the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. He just never realized that it would be in a small town in Colorado. Nate is stubborn though he is convinced that He, Zach and Callie can have their menage and still live a normal life in the big city. It takes almost losing both Zach and Callie to make him realize that were he belongs is Bliss. I understand where Nate is coming from. I have lived in small town at various times in my life and I have never found one that was as tolerant or eccentric as Bliss.
Zach loved Callie the moment he saw in the club in Dallas. He never wanted to leave her but he couldn't let Nate go into danger on his own. While Zach maybe big and burly he isn't the badass that he appears to be. Zach is kind and caring and loving. He just wants some peach from the hustle and bustle of working for a big government law enforcement agency. It turns out that Bliss is the perfect place for him. After recovering from the injuries he received during a sting operation gone bad he has scars that have shaken his confidence. The people of Bliss are able to look past the scars and see the wonderful man that is beneath the tough exterior.
Callie is one of those people that are always taking care of people. Everyone comes to her for advice and help. In many ways the people of Bliss take advantage of her giving heart. Callie is also very comfortable in her own skin. Her mother managed a nudist colony when she was a child so she doesn't have the hang up of being without clothes. I did love that Callie is tough when she has to be and loving when her men need her. She keeps her head when it is important and is a little forgetful when it isn't. Callie is a wonderful female heroine and I wish I would see more like her in other books by other authors.
We run into all the characters of the previous books. The villains are more mean and cruel than the last book but then bikers and corrupt DEA agents are some of the worst in the world I think. I love these books and the concept behind them. I look forward to each new one and I enjoy re-reading the existing ones. show less

Callie was a fav of mine from the first book! I am so happy to see this free spirit tied down with two hunks!! Zane and Nate are perfect foils to Callie's hippie at heart! Ah love in Bliss!! Once again the characters come to life in a wonderful way!!
