Good girls finish last... That's Belinda Hennessey's new philosophy in life, work, and love after moving to Atlanta to escape a disastrous six-hour marriage. Now she has a killer job, girlfriends and two guys in her life.
Belinda moves to Atlanta to start fresh in a new city with new friends & new job. Riding in a company carpool befriending 3 others from the office the four women start writing a book on relationships on their commute. Each with secrets of their own they are suddenly dropped in the middle of the murder investigation of their boss. All suspects in the murder brings Belinda closer to a "hot" police officer and a Sexy newsman each vying for her attention. Lots of twists and turns in this whodunit with clean language & minimal sex scenes.
I picked this book up on a recommendation and really enjoyed it. The story had a great mix of fun and fear. A nice little romance and a cad or two.
Good enough story with humor, mystery and romance. I was disappointed in the number of typos in a book from an author of Stephanie Bond's caliber. That's the only reason for the 3 stars.
Atlanta carpool women write a book abut men. But their nasty boss gets killed. Belinda was expecting a promotion, but was the last one to see the victim alive...
Fun entertaining read. I got this as a free kindle download.
I recommend you pick it up!
I recommend you pick it up!
This was so-so. It didn't hold my interest because I didn't get invested in the main chick's character.
