This was okay, but for most of the book I found Alexa self-centred and annoying. in fact I didn't warm to her until the end. My favourite character was Ruthie, Alexa's older sister who gave her sibling some sound advice which was basically ignored. However, the book did end well which is why I am giving it three stars instead of two. ( )

Ever since Lexi was a little kid she was always complemented on how beautiful she was. She had everything going for her, cute boyfriend, best friends, supporting family, she was always invited to parties, and was very athletic, but one night changed everything. Lexi went to one of her friend’s parties while their parents were gone and saw something she wished she had never seen.
It was a very good read and it had me wanting to read more. As you move along in the story with Lexi you will sir come to the many struggles and challenges in trying to adjust back to her normal life. ( )
