The best part of this book, in my opinion, are the pre-made workouts for people who don't have any equipment at home. One of the hardest things about leg exercises is that most books suggest doing leg presses or other workouts that you need to be at a gym to accomplish. Now I can work my lower body as well as my upper body in my apartment.
