This is a useful and practical book on meditation. The chapters are short and conversational and all have a meditation practice described at the end. They are mostly everyday methods which anyone can incorporate into their daily life. I'm never especially good at meditation or making sure I do it regularly, but this book makes it feel very achievable. ( )
