{My thoughts} - This book is all about two Chi dogs that visit Athens, Greece. While they are there, they tell the reader all about Athens.

I really liked this book, because it helps to teach children more about the world around them. One day I may track down the remaining books in this series. I think it is rather informative and well written. It is also illustrated really well, the illustrations and the story go together hand and hand.

I think this book is ideal for children that want to learn more about Athens, Greece or just has a desire to travel to another place!

I love “Let's visit Athens.” I think the illustrations are vibrant and exciting for the young readers. I also love all the fun facts about Greece and the delicious food! My favorite part of all the books in this series is the Words and Phrases page. I truly enjoyed this book.
Travel the world with Bella and Harry in this picture book series. Bella and Harry are Chihuahuas and siblings. Students will enjoy exploring the famous sites in Athens, Paris, London, Rome, etc. through the appealing paintings. The text is simplistic but includes basic facts about each city. I will definitely buy the rest of the series for my school library. My fifth grade teachers may use these as an introduction to their country report projects I think this series will also appeal to my small group of students who like to check-out the foreign language books.
