This 1902 edition by T. Fisher Unwin lists only Lissagaray as the author (without first names). Nor does it give the original date of publication in French, or list the translator as Eleanor Marx, in 1886. I picked up those facts from the web. According the the Wikipedia article on Lissagaray, Marx assisted in the writing of the book. There was a revised and expanded French edition in 1896.
