Description

Overlord Count Ulrich takes it one step too far. It was bad enough when he kidnapped the pretty wife of the young archer Dardo, but when Ulrich takes the man's son, a rebel leader is born.

T/FB: 2021 movie #218. 1950. Burt Lancaster leads his band of merry men fighting for freedom in medieval Lombardy. Light-hearted and probably ahistorical but it's got that Lancaster charm and acrobatics. Won Oscar for cinematography.
