This is a good introduction to tarot-reading. It's not as in-depth as some other tarot instruction books, but then hey, this is part of the "For Dummies" series. You'll find a solid base in the basics of tarot reading and information on the cards, so it's good for a beginner who's trying to get a feel of tarot reading but doesn't want to get overwhelmed with the more subtler/advanced nuances that long-time tarot readers would be experienced in.
Mostly unoriginal, & too similar to other tarot guides. But a quirky quip is listed above each traditional reference to shake things up bit.
