Iris Jacob is a sixteen-year-old biracial girl with a strong committment to diversity issues. She has served on two Mayor's Youth Advisory Boards, founded affinity groups for girls of color in high school, and was a delegate to the national People of Color conference in 1999. She lives in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
