For those interested in color, fashion, history, and art , Michel Pastoureau's "The Colours of Our Memories" is a must read. Pastoreau is one of the few writers along with Victoria Finlay, John Gage, and Philip Ball who dives into the social, political, spiritual, and artistic realms of color. "The Colours of Our Memories" is an important and engaging read.
