Historical western romance. Ten years ago, Angie eloped with Sam. But, when they showed up at her father's house, father sent her upstairs and sent Sam packing. Now, 10 years later, with her parents dead, Angie shows up in Colorado demanding a divorce. But, Sam does have the means to give her the divorce or even a place to live separate from him. Raising two young adopted daughters, he has no choice but to let Angie move into his shack, he move to a tent in the backyard, and hope he strikes it rich in his gold claim. Angie falls in love with him, his daughters and the town, but both are too prideful to admit their feelings until it's almost too late.
