When strange men in black turn up to bring him to a secret underground lair he's not sure that it's for the best.

In a future London with England a near-dictatorship and products from the US being banned this is an interesting spy story. Fun, lightweight stuff.

One day strange men that his parents recognise turn up at his house wanting to take him away. When Jimmy’s mother tells him to run he takes off and the quest to uncover who he is and save his family is on. Aided by amazing powers that seem to kick in whenever he is in danger, Jimmy eventually discovers that he has been genetically engineered as an assassin to aid the tyrannical government and is only 38% human. He must fight against his conditioning as he joins with the leader of the Opposition. This is a great concept, full of action adventure and mystery.

Action packed from start to finish this is not only an adventure book, but a coming of age story in which Jimmy must learn that all is not as it seems in his life and a great destiny awaits him.

Gripping and original thriller that fans of Alex Rider, James Bond, Bourne Identity, Matrix will totally love. The start of a series that gets even better with every book.
