In my opinion this is a fun book because of how the story is laid out. This book is supposed to be based off the three bears and Goldilocks, but it is a different version. I like how the plot was organized and how the author kept the same story, but he did change who Goldilocks was. I also liked how the illustrations were in this book because the author made sure to add as much detail as possible. Especially in each event that took place in the story. For example, he made sure to add the feathers of Goldiclucks everywhere that she went because she was a bird. Also, the illustrations were bright and very detailed. Something I did not like was how the story just ended. I guess the solution of the story was just too fast and simple to me. show more I feel like there could have been another solution/ending to the story than just end it fast and simple. Overall. I understand this is also a first reader book too and would recommend it to children to read because it is a different fairytale and you see another perspective of the real fairytale. show less
