Description

Premiering the day after the JFK assassination, Doctor Who humbly launched one of the entertainment world's first super-brands. After three years, First Doctor William Hartnell left, prompting the BBC to recast their hit rather than end it, giving us the first "regeneration" and making TV history. Well-researched history of Doctor Who from its beginnings through the announcement of Peter Canadian as the twelve Doctor. Never seems like enough details, but if it had all I wanted it would have been as long as an encyclopedia!
A great book telling the history of this long running British TV show, one of my favorites. Thank you SantaThing!
