Sabotage Season (The Kicks)

This second book in the Kick's series starts up just after the first one. Devin's still getting the hang of everything that's new and different in California, as well as easing into the whole middle school boys/girls back and forth that happens at that age.

There's also a little bit of a mystery because someone is messing with the Kicks players and their stuff. For the most part it's not horrible things that happen, but, they're still mean and probably meant to throw off the players (I will admit that I guessed who was doing it early on).

The book was still a bit overly dramatic, especially Devin. But, it was enjoyable book to read, and they haven't even gotten to the book about the next part of the Kick's adventure/season which should be show more fun to read. show less
