Not only is Behind the Smile the story of Marie Osmond's postpartum depression, it has sections of suggestions for those suffering from postpartum depression, risk factors and a list of places to get help. The story is told with humor and honesty. A great read for those who know someone who is suffering from this debilitating disease.
