Beautiful pictures of children with the gentle words of Fred Rogers.
I would read this book to 2nd or 3rd grade students. It gives a background of all the different aspects of a neighborhood, and there are a lot more words on each page.

The book is about neighbors and neighborhoods all around the world. People can still be "Neighbors" even if they live far away. They can still be people we care about, just because they are "human being".
