Book description
On a small out of the way island in the heart of the Indonesian Archipelago, Logan attempts to rescue Kojima Noburo, the personal secretary of Mariko Yashida, Logan's love. He attempts to rescue him from Banapur Khan and his pirates. While attempting to rescue Kojima, Logan learns of the Cult of the Black Blade which is trying to steal the Muramasa Sword, a source of corrupting evil. Kojima asks Logan to protect the couriers that are bringing the sword from the United States. Logan heads to Madripoor to protect the courier, but the courier is a girl that Logan knows and she knows Wolverine. So Logan must disguise himself because as far as she and the world know, the X-Men are supposed to be dead. Logan rescues Lindsay McCabe from the cult, and learns that her friend Jessica Drew has the sword with her and is delivering it to Kojima. Unknown to Lindsay or Drew, Kojima had died a week ago, which means Drew is walking into a trap.
