Description

The gripping finale to Kathy and Brendan Reichs’ New York Times bestselling VIRALS series
The Virals are back—but they’re not the only pack in town anymore. Terminal finds Tory Brennan and the rest of the Morris Island gang tracking a pack of rogue Virals who call themselves the Trinity. The new pack was infected by a strain of supervirus created by Tory’s nemesis and sometimes-crush, Chance Clayborne, who accidentally infected himself, too.
These red-eyed Virals have openly show more challenged Tory’s pack for domination of Charleston, and they’ll stop at nothing to bring their rivals down—even if that means giving them up to a shadowy government agency intent on learning the secret to the Virals’ powers. Surviving it all is going to test the limits of the gang’s abilities.
In the riveting conclusion to the Virals series, Tory and the others are nearing an impossible choice—and the ultimate showdown.

A satisfactory conclusion to a good YA Series. Perhaps, a practice set for Brandon Reichs. If so, he has learned one of the more difficult tasks for a popular fiction writer; when to terminate a series. Who know's, Tory might next appear as a "squintern" in the TV Series

This was the final book in the Virals series. This is an entertaining YA series and this book wrapped things up nicely. Chance Clayborne has been experimenting using data from Karsten's original experiments. He has accidentally come up with a stronger strain of the Parvovirus and infected himself and his lab assistant. When Chance fires Will, he infects two others, Cole and a girl (spoiler if I reveal the name) and they become the "Tripod" who are trying to destroy Tory's pack. In this installment, not only are Tory, Hi, Shelton and Ben trying to evade the Tripod and anyone else from finding out about them, they are being chased by an unknown group of Government Officials they refer to as the MIBs. Tory is still struggling with her show more feelings about Ben and Chance as well as dealing with Whitney (dad's girlfriend). A great conclusion to this series. show less
Although pre-ordered a long time before it was published, I put off reading it, as I am sooo sad to see this series closed and finished.
Some romance and a solution to the pesky love-triangle.
A good conclusion to the series, although for some reason I would follow even a non-fantasy-SF-storyline with Tory.
Highly recommended as is the whole series and the novellas (although expensive). Begs to be filmed with a few unknowns as the heroine/heroes. Pretty please?
If some of the people in this story would just talk to each other...

At the end of the last story Tori saw some glowing red eyes and realised that there were another set of virals, and that Chance is involved. There's also a shadowy government agency hunting for the virals and they're going to have to make some choices about their future.

And it's not the end...

Readable but I really wish people would talk to each other occasionally and sort things out properly rather than deal with things in an ad hoc way.
The finale in the Virals series by Kathy and Brendan Reichs. Tory and her viral pack take on a new viral group which threaten their livelihood. They take down this group and this book has a surprise ending.
