by Francis J. Beckwith, Gregory Koukl

Description
Although the growth of relativism has become one of the dominant issues of our age, this book is one of the few practical works available that deals with these concerns. The authors begin with a survey of the rising tide of relativism in recent decades, which, after starting in university and academic circles, has filtered down to many aspects of everyday life.Tags

If you don't read another book, you must read this one. Not only do the authors deal with the self-contradicting nature of a relativistic worldview, but they then show relativism and Christianity stack up with regard to practical issues such as education, marriage, law, etc. Lastly, they offer methods for refuting relativism.
Interesting. I would recommend this book to people who are interested in the effects relativism has on society. It gives you a lot to think about. I highlighted so much!
A good starting place for arm-chair defenders of the faith in the face of everyday effects of postmodernism with an emphasis on relativism.
An EXCEPTIONAL study on the philosophy of "everything is right" vs moral absolutes.
