Fantasy. Fiction. Romance. HTML:

Welcome to Nocturne Falls, the town where Halloween is celebrated 365 days a year. The tourists think it's all a show: the vampires, the werewolves, the witches, the occasional gargoyle flying through the sky. But the supernaturals populating the town know better.

Living in Nocturne Falls means being yourself. Fangs, fur, and all.

After seeing her maybe-mobster boss murder a guy, Delaney James assumes a new identity and pretends to be a mail order bride. She finds her groom-to-be living in a town that celebrates Halloween every day. Weird. But not as weird as what she doesn't know. Her groom-to-be is a 400-year-old vampire.

Hugh Ellingham has only agreed to the arranged set up to make his overbearing grandmother happy. In thirty days, whatever bridezilla shows up at his door will be escorted right back out. His past means love is no longer an option. Not if the woman's going to have a future. Except he never counted on Delaney and falling in love for real.

Too bad both of them are keeping some mighty big secrets...

Well, there wasn't anything particularly bad or wrong about this one.
It was just completely predictable, very cheesy and badly clicheé ridden.
If you are a stranger to this kind of pnr novel this might actually be very enjoyable if you can get over
the cheese but for me, this one was just unoriginal. ( )

Kinda funny. I like the small town vibe.

Loved!

It moves very fast, but as believer in love at first sight I didn't feel it was too fast. I laughed, cried, and feared with the main character. I loved being able to see the story from his and her thoughts. Great ending. ( )

Delaney finds herself in the need of a place to hide out when she witnesses a murder. She ends up in nocturna Falls, a place where it’s Halloween every day of the year. She pretends to be from a dating service, sent to marry one of the vampires in town. But when the two actually fall in love with each other, they still have to get past the people who were after her and also his own fears of losing her.

This was a sweet vampire romance. A fun read. But very clean. No bad language, no sex. Just a cute story. ( )
