Guide for the Film Fanatic

Great short reviews (longer than most film guide capsules, more like mini-essay) of cult films, foreign films, genre films, and mostly movies that don't get given much attention in more mainstream guides. The reviews are insightful and fun to read.

Peary has a few good things to say about a few films, but on a value per page basis this is not one of my favorite film guides.

My copy is battered and worn with use over the past 20 years. Peary adds an interesting new take to every movie. Well worth reading.
