Well-paced thriller about London flooding when the Thames Barrier is damaged. Ryan laces the tale with survival tips and two interwoven plots about a thirteen-year-old trying to find his mother while two escaped terrorists attempt to meet at the same destination.

Ok, this was an okay book but the reasons I did not like it was
a) I felt the character didn't have much depth
b) other than CODE RED it didn't really seem to have a plot
c) It didn't have what I wanted in this book.

Of course I will read the rest of the series but I felt it should have been more intense, dramatic, panic. I felt it was more panic but then also relaxed and *It's okay we will be saved*

Though it was a quick and enjoyable read.
I would be glad to read the rest.
It is an intersting book and exciting towards the end
Ben became embroiled in dramatic events when the flood gates of the Thames malfunctioned.
