This novel is written in an accessible manner for teen readers and provides stimulating pictures to maintain the interest of visual learners. A timeline of Lee's life is also include in the later pages of the book, and is most helpful in providing a brief and organized of Lee's very accomplished life.

I featured this in the Library after Lee's death was announced in the news. I also provided excerpts from this book to a fellow English teacher who is currently teaching To Kill A Mocking Bird inner freshman English class.
