A boy begins to experience unusual things and his father fears that he may be suffering from a medical condition. Funny at times and very serious at others. An excellent snapshot of life in America and the fears and hopes that families face.
If you like Harry Potter stories, Eyes of the Dragon by King, Terry Pratchett and the like than you'll enjoy this fun read. ( )

Appropriate for all ages of fiction readers. Young boy's coming of age story during a road trip with his father from Bentwood, PA to Lake Champlain, NY. He thought it was only a fishing trip but his wild imagination brings about consequences he never considered. Is Oliver's little blue sun a curse or a blessing?
Middle school perfect as it is a fun and light way to look at growing up in a dangerous world. ( )
